West Estepona is home of several gated complexes such as Valle Romano Golf, La Galera and Bahia De Estepona. It is a relatively new area where not much construction has taken place. The properties here tend to be larger than average, luxurious and with all necessary amenities on site.
Considering the area is not overbuild most of the properties have uninterrupted views towards the sea, Gibraltar and Africa. Yet a large number of those are also at a walking distance to the beach. There are some beach bars and restaurants and a large supermarket chains around. The area is generally quiet with a lot less hassle going on even during high summer season.
Estepona and Duquesa Marina are only 5-minute drive away and there are many peaceful beaches nearby where you can enjoy a tranquil holiday. There is a good choice of golf courses as well for the enthusiasts. Estepona West has high quality properties that would be considerably more expensive in the more trendy areas of the coast making them an excellent value for money.
