Adelina have perfectly and rapidly understood our needs (our criteria were numerous and challenging). Our mail discussions before we come to Marbella were very efficient, the selection Adelina proposed us was always within our brief and she has always answered to all my questions quickly and precisely.
Our first visit was the right match ! During our 5 days stay, Adelina and Valentina were with us for every step of the process : second and third visit, bank, lawyer… Everything has been very efficient.

I met Eva in February 2023 when we were scouting for an apartment in Marbella. Eva was outstanding overall, with great knowledge of the area(s) including all minor details. Above and beyond any expectations with any other real estate so far. I have both, bought a property with them and sold one. From the communication to the standards and quality of service I cannot be more pleased with everything they did and still do as I am again, using their service to sell a property.
I could have put it with many and multiple agents but decided to give the exclusivity to Marbella Dream Homes. Really trustworthy, extremely profesional, very on top of everything needed to be done paperwork wise which is a relieve as you know you won’t have to double check if things are done properly. They care for their clients and do great deals too. Théorie Marley knowledge, insights and Tips are a great added value as you will know if you’re buying the right property at the right price and Valentina is an absolute 5 stars to advise as if it was for herself.
